GENERAL RULES OF THE CLUB

* Absolutely NO Alcohol or Drugs on premises.

* No Smoking inside building, all smoking must be done outside away from entrances and exits.

* No phone conversations at the table.

* All tournaments will start at designated times.

o No blind outs unless you have called prior to the tournament.
o No Re-buys
o No Re-entries

* Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the first tournament of the day (Ex: Friday tournaments begin at 6:30pm doors will open at 5:30pm etc….). Doors will close at 3:00am.

* Rounders Card Club WILL NOT be open on Saturdays that River Club Poker, LLC. is hosting an event.

* The English language only rule will be enforced.

* Membership rosters and entries will be retained for record keeping purposes.

* Penalties will be assessed in the following manner: These may be used with discretion.
o Verbal warning
o 10 minutes away from table
o 20 minutes away from table
o 30 minutes away from table
o Disqualification (forfeit tournament chips), and chips will be removed from play.

* Any player who is disqualified twice from the club will lose their membership rights for up to a month.



* Rounders Card Club has made some general poker rules for tournament and cash play. However, we have not spelled out every single ruling that could come up during play. For that reason, the club will play all tournament and cash games by the “Robert’s Rules of Poker”. These will be the official poker rules of the club.

* It is the responsibility of the member to become familiar with all rules of the club.
* By participating in the Rounders Card Club, all club members agree to the general rules of the club.



GENERAL POKER RULES OF THE CLUB

* The dealer MUST offer a cut to the player on their right.

* Players MUST keep all chips on the table unless moving tables. A player who has chips in their pocket will forfeit their chips and will be taken out of play. Players will keep their highest denomination chips visible at all times.

* Players may not “splash” the pot with bets…..place bets in front of you

* Players must verbally announce “raise” before placing chips on the table. Verbally announce your intention. Action out of turn will be binding.

* A player’s cards MUST NOT touch the community cards once a showdown has been called. If cards do hit the community cards then the player’s hand who hit the community MAY be considered dead. All “mucked” cards become dead hands.

* Players MUST protect their own hands. If a dealer collects a player’s cards their hand is dead. Players may use a chip or lucky charm to protect their cards. Cards will remain on table at all times and visible.

* When players are brought into a table to fill empty seats they will sit out hands if they come in on the dealer button, small blind or big blind.

* Signaling and table talk among individual players will not be tolerated and considered cheating.

* Table Talk. Please do not discuss your hands…..even folded cards during the course of a hand. Showing folded cards to another player no longer in the hand must be shown to all players after the end of hand.

* One person per hand. Exceptions will be made for handicap players.

* All cards will be turned face up once a player is all-in and all action is complete.
